We were engaged to carry out a complete commercial HVAC installation in Tauranga, Bay of Plenty Region. The project scope included full ducting, air distribution, fan coil unit installation, fresh air integration, and finishing works. All work was executed as per approved engineering design and in compliance with New Zealand standards including WorkSafe regulations, the NZ Building Code (HVAC and ventilation clauses), fire safety and smoke control requirements, and proper access and maintenance clearances.
Complete solid ducting installation across the building:
Engineered balanced airflow to meet occupancy requirements:
Professional installation of all HVAC components:
Managed the challenges of heavy lifting and constrained access:
Adapted to real site conditions while preserving design integrity:
Built robust infrastructure for long-term durability:
Delivered professional aesthetics alongside functionality:
This project highlights the importance of proper planning in large-scale ducting installations. Airflow balance played a critical role in system performance, while structural coordination ensured safe and efficient installation. Attention to finishing details enhanced both functionality and aesthetics, delivering a result that meets the highest professional standards.
